Led by local guides who live in the neighborhoods they explore, each tour is carefully researched and personalized, ensuring an authentic and engaging experience. Stroll is committed to uncovering and sharing untold histories, including Indigenous and Black perspectives often overlooked in traditional narratives. By highlighting lesser-known stories and promoting a deeper connection between past and present, Stroll Walking Tours provides a fresh, thought-provoking view of the cities, making learning both enjoyable and enlightening.

Ongoing & Past Projects

  • We developed a two-phase feasibility study for Stroll Walking Tours. Phase one, completed in 2023 through the RTO4 Partnership program, explored the market demand for a multi-day, self-guided walking tour in the Waterloo Region and confirmed the concept’s feasibility. Building on this foundation, phase two focused on assessing the financial viability of piloting the tour, including detailed cost analysis, risk assessment, and implementation planning. This work supports informed decision-making as Stroll Walking Tours moves closer to bringing their vision to life.

  • KLB Consulting developed a marketing strategy for Stroll Walking Tours, building on a comprehensive feasibility study conducted from July to November 2023. This strategy integrates market research, customer analysis, infrastructure requirements, consultations, and a SWOT analysis. It aims to assess the viability of a self-guided, multi-day walking tour and provides a roadmap for organizing and piloting the tour effectively.
